We are finding more Chrome users have trouble downloading files the Arts Board has linked in WebGrants since their last update. 

Until we have a resolution, effective solutions are :
-right-click the link and select "open in new tab" or "open in new window"
-copy/paste the URL into a new tab/window and click enter
-try a different browser, such as Safari, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.
